Chanel - Number 5 L'eau review
It's new, it's hip, it's the new generation of Chanel No.5: Chanel No.5 L'eau is born!
Chanel No.5 is a perfume that is loved by a lot of celebrities.
Famous fans of the original perfum were Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol,....
Marilyn Monroe was also the face of the number 5 for the publicity.
A few years ago (2004) Nicole Kidman became the face of the revival of the original number 5 publicity.
And now, in 2016, Lily-Rose Depp is the new face of the new Chanel number 5 l'eau.
As her mother (Vanessa Paradis) she also is a fan of Chanel while her Father (Johnny Depp) is more a Dior-person (Sauvage).
Chanel thought it was about time to re-invent the iconic number 5 perfume.
The original Chanel number 5 was created in 1921.
Now, in 2016, a new generation of number 5 is born: Chanel No.5 L'eau.
To make the launch of this perfume very obvious, Chanel made a sleeve that is put over the packaging of the perfume.
At the moment you can find the new Chanel number 5 l'eau in the white packaging in store, but in the future you'll find the classic Chanel-like packaging in store.
When you open your perfume box there comes a well-packed bottle out of it.
The packaging is so luxurious!
And then there it finally is, the new Chanel number 5 l'eau!
It still has the iconic shape of bottle like the Chanel number 5 eau de parfum and Coco Mademoiselle.
As the ribbon on the picture already tells you, this perfume is the new generation number 5.
Because this perfume is more fresh and has a lot more flowers in it then than the original one.
Let's take a closer look at the ingredients:
Top: a lot of citrus which makes this perfume very dynamic.
Heart: a flowery heart with a fresh touch of Ylang-Ylang
Base: dynamic woodnotes and coton
As the picture shows, I <3 l'eau
And there is really nothing more I can add :D
Chanel number 5 l'eau 50 ml - € 74,50
